My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, but the noise from the air-conditioning exhaust fan was bothersome. On the bright side, the breakfast was exceptional. The service was polite, quick, and delivered with a 'wow' factor, especially by the staff member with long red hair. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the shopping area and the train station, but room cleanliness was a letdown. The dining experience did not meet my expectations of value for money, as it was expensive and not worth it. The hotel seems to be in need of some investment to regain its claimed 3-star status.
